Garnet Valley had a great day on offense and defense in their dominating defeat over Lower Merion 58-12 to go to 2-0. They are currently tied in first place in the Central League with Strath Haven and Marple Newtown. The Jaguars were held to only seven points in the first quarter and then broke away from the Aces in the second quarter with 28 points including a punt return by Jake Morin and a fumble recovery taken back for a touchdown by Evan Rivnak. Lets go into the offense and defense in this game . . .

This offense boy far had their best game of the year by putting up a 58 spot on the Lower Merion Aces. The offense ran the ball 48 times for a total of 345 yards. Which would a total of about 7.2 yards per run. The total yards and run per carry were both season highs for the Jaguars. Sam Morin had 109 of those yards and Brendan Boyce had 87 yards as well. Garnet Valley was 2-4 on passing.
