On March 10-12, Garnet Valley Performing Arts Association is performing The Sound of Music. The evening shows will start at 6:30, and the Saturday matinee show will start at 1 pm. Ticket sales will be available mid February.  

The cast has been chipping away at learning the music, including the showstoppers such as Do Re Mi, Maria, and My Favorite Things. In the next couple weeks, they will start to add acting, lights, and costumes to make the show come alive. 

Despite the fact that practices have started, it is not too late to sign up and register to be a part of the cast and crew! Being a part of GVPAA is a great way to broaden your horizons, make new friends, and step out of your comfort zone. Feel free to contact our club presidents- Rose DiPaolo and Stephanie Roberts- and/or vice presidents- Justin Ferriola and Neala Carroll. However, registration for The Sound of Music will close January 23rd but be sure to watch for camp and the community show production coming this summer.
