On February 23rd, 2024, pop culture icon Olivia Rodrigo started her tour for her sophomore album known as “GUTS”. Since the tour started, Olivia Rodrigo has added on to her newest album. She announced that on Friday, March 22nd, she will release 5 new songs as part of the “GUTS deluxe”. These 5 songs are “Obsessed,” “Girl I’ve Always Been,” “Scared of My Guitar,” “Stranger,” and “So American.” Since being released, they’ve been massive hits. The song “Obsessed” has even reached the 14th spot on the Billboard hits list. Overall, the songs are very unique, and “so american” is different in comparison to all of the songs she’s ever written, because it is a love song, her first one.
