A common way in which to collaborate and formulate ideas at Garnet Valley High School, a new club has recently been created… Finance Club! This club deals with a variety of economic related topics, and the officers are planning to have members become involved in various activities, including discussing current events regarding finance, inviting speakers from the financial field to come talk to club members, and utilizing a network called Market Watch to learn more about the stock market. As Finance Club was established at the beginning of the school year, students are encouraged to join and become active, insightful individuals with deep understandings of economics and the world of money. For students who are interested, the club meets every A day in Mr. Panepinto’s room for riveting, in-depth discussions and developing ideas for school events.
