Tonight, the Garnet Valley Jaguars will take on the Central Bucks West Bucks for the second round of the PIAA District 1 6A Football Playoffs.
Tonight’s matchup is the second between the two teams this year, the first of which was both teams’ season-opener in August, which the Bucks took home in a 17-13 win. CB West finished the regular season undefeated and earned the #1 seed in the playoffs, while the Jags finished 8-2 with the #8 seed.
This marks the 5th matchup between the two teams since the second round of the 2021 season, which the Jags won en route to a District 1 6A Championship win. The Bucks got the best of the Jags in this year’s season-opener, but Garnet Valley has an opportunity to correct the loss tonight at War Memorial Stadium at 7 pm.
