Last night, 10/3, Garnet Valley Dance Team (GVDT) made history by performing at a soccer halftime show. The boys soccer team went against the Radnor Raptors. Not only did GVDT make an appearance for senior night, but teams such as band, JV cheer, football, girls soccer, volleyball, and more all came to support the boys soccer team. Unfortunately the boys did lose 2-0 but the school spirit was absolutely amazing.
In case you didn’t know, last year was the first year GVDT started performing at halftime during FNL. Now they have been able to progress and dance for soccer halftime. Not only is GVDT having so much fun performing for the school, but the school is having so much fun cheering on them. On behalf of the student body, I can’t wait to see where GVDT gets to perform next!
