On Friday, September 29th Garnet Valley’s annual Gold Out Game is taking place at Moe DeFrank Stadium at 7:00 pm! Gold Out is an event to help raise money as well as awareness for the fight against pediatric cancer. The month of September is Childhood Cancer Awareness Month, making it a very important time for the community to show their support.
During the football game, there will be multiple members of the school’s Mini-THON canning, whom you can go up to if you wish to donate. In addition, Mini-THON will be having a bake sale at the game with all proceeds going towards the Four Diamonds organization.
Students, if you wish to show your support in the student section, purchase the Gold Out t-shirt. The shirts will be sold at the Credit Union during both learns Tuesday the 26th all the way to Friday the 29th. They sell fast, so be sure to have your $15 ready on Tuesday!
