The GVHS Band program has a lot happening over the next few weeks! Later this week, on Thursday, April 27th, the band will have their annual Spring concert! This concert will feature many different ensembles, including the concert band, wind ensemble, jazz band, and both the percussion class and percussion ensemble. Featuring many different pieces of many different styles, it is sure to be an exciting and enlightening concert. The concert begins at 6:30 P.M, and it will be held in the high school auditorium!
Additionally, Garnet Valley Percussion will be hosting a send-off show. This is the last chance to see this year’s incredible show, The Price of Utopia, at Garnet Valley. After this performance, they will progress to Region 3 Championships at Penncrest High School this weekend, and then to Wildwood the next! This will also be their senior night, at which they honor all of the incredible seniors who participate in GVP. This friends and family show will be held at the high school’s 2020 center. Doors will open at 7:45 P.M, but the show will begin at 8:00. The concert will be held on April 26th, this Wednesday. We hope to see you there!
