Zipper and Pockets, My Best Friend
First, there were *fake pockets*
Then there were *shallow pockets*
After that, there were *functioning pockets*
And now… there are *decorative functioning pockets*
Needless to say, we are obsessed with extra unnecessary pockets and zippers. This may or may not be because cargo pants brought its cousin along… the five hundred other pockets and zippers. What’s not to hate though? I personally love them. Here are just a few pictures to convince you that pockets and zippers are the future.
There are patterns and prints everywhere. You can wear as many patterns as you like, and they won’t clash, it’s fashionable now!
Fringe. Whether you love it or hate it, the 2000s are creeping back. We are adding fringe anywhere and everywhere. There is no holding back, as it is seen with all materials now: cloth, beads, sequins, and classic leather. It should also be noted that most fringed outfits had thin strips, but there were some occasional ones with thick fringes – which might be the new, modernized version of fringe. Who knows? Guess we’ll just have to wait and see.
Bright colors have been immensely popular throughout all summer, and the color bright red is becoming increasingly used. There’s so much red that it’s going to be the new classic color in a few years.
As you might know, some of these components are already trending. Will the rest of the components join the trend? Or will they be altered? Guess only time can tell.
