Andrew Hua and Ritvik Anumandla Place 3rd at Pennsylvania State National History Day Contest

This past weekend, students Ritvik Anumandla and Andrew Hua competed virtually in the Pennsylvania State National History Day Contest. Anumandla and Hua created a website called “The Ping Heard Around the World: How Ping-Pong Players Tore Down the Bamboo Curtain” and presented it at the contest. The website placed third in the senior group website category for the entire state of Pennsylvania, making it the first Garnet Valley project to earn state-level recognition. The boys were one place away from being able to compete at nationals in June. Congratulations Andrew and Ritvik!
