On Tuesday, February 22, 2022, the district’s school board voted on whether or not to lift the mask mandate that has been in place since the 2020-2021 school year. With a vote of 9-0, the board removed the mask mandate, allowing students to make the choice to wear a mask or not. It is still incredibly important to remember that maintaining good personal hygiene will help prevent you from getting and spreading COVID as well as other seasonal illnesses such as the flu and common cold. Washing your hands frequently and cleaning surfaces before touching them is even more important now than ever before. Please continue to practice good hygiene to keep yourself and others safe.
