Sunday night’s highly anticipated Super Bowl showdown between the Los Angeles Rams and Cincinnati Bengals was accompanied by a spectacular halftime performance from star power spanning several generations.
Appearances from Dr. Dre, Snoop Dogg, 50 Cent, Kendrick Lamar, Eminem, and Mary J. Blige tied together a rap/hip hop-dominated show for young and the old viewers alike. According to Samba TV, there were over 29 million households in the U.S. watching the halftime show concurrently. This was a 19% percent increase from last year’s show featuring The Weeknd.
Some notable figures seen in the crowd include Kendall Jenner, Prince Harry, Devon Booker, Justin and Hailey Beiber, Kanye West, Drake, and LeBron James.
