Just a few days ago, 2-year-old cat Willow was adopted into the Biden family. Willow is a grey tabby cat, coming from a farm. The Biden family met Willow back in 2020 at a campaign stop, where Willow took it upon herself to meet the First Lady, Jill Biden. Hopping onto her stage, Willow formed an instant bond with Jill. Willow has spent the last year or so in foster care with close friends of the Biden family while the White House dog, Major, was being trained. He ended up residing elsewhere due to behavioral issues, but Willow made her way to the White House this week. Her name is inspired by Jill Biden’s hometown, Willow Grove PA. Willow is settling in nicely, surrounded by toys and lots of room to explore.
