The Garnet Valley cheer team has won their second state championship in three years. They were able to take back the title after a pandemic stricken year. They were welcomed back with cheers and excitement after bringing home the hardware from Hershey. This team is one of the most talented in Garnet Valley history, completing the triple crown of winning the Central, District One, and State titles. They have worked very hard trough out the entire year, starting their season back in the fall when the cheered on the football team and saw them win a District One Championship as well. For the seniors, it has been a very special season, especially after losing the chance to compete in Nationals last year. They have made the most of their opportunities they have had this year as well as last year to get better as a team and prepare the underclassmen to take the reins after this year. Their next assignment will be at Nationals in Florida on February 11th through the 13th. They will go there looking to bring back their first Nationals Title in Garnet Valley history. This is shaping up to be an exciting end to the 2021-22 cheer season.
