Garnet Valley eSports Overwatch Team Advances to PIEA Semifinals

The GVHS eSports Overwatch team is participating in the Pennsylvania Interscholastic Esports Association (PIEA) league and advanced to quarterfinals this past Thursday. The match was streamed live through PIEA’s twitch channel where three other quarterfinal matches were also taking place. Their opponent was against NWPA Collegiate Academy who held a strong 6-1 record during the regular season. After a lengthy match between two teams, the Jags would emerge victorious with a score 3-0. The team now proceeds to the semifinals where they will face Susquehanna Township High School. Semifinals are scheduled for May 20th at 4pm with finals to follow at 7pm. Good luck team!
