A Great Waffle Recipe

Waffles are delicious breakfast foods we all love to eat. They are also fun to make as well. In fact, there is a great and simple recipe from allrecipes.com to make them.

First off, the ingredients you need for the recipe are 2 eggs, 2 cups of flour, 1 ¾ cups of milk, ½ cup of vegetable oil, 1 tablespoon of white sugar, 4 teaspoons of baking powder, ¼ teaspoon of salt, and ½ teaspoon of vanilla extract. 

Next, you just put all of the ingredients into the bowl and mix until all the lumps are out and the eggs are mixed in pretty well. Don’t forget to make sure the flour is mixed in. To check, just lift your mixer or spoon to check.

Also, you can make the waffles gluten and/or dairy free. You just use gluten free flour and almond or other dairy free milk.

You can add chocolate chips to make it chocolate chip waffles or sprinkles to make the waffles birthday cake flavor. Basically, you can add whatever you want.

Then, you can use a waffle maker or something similar to cook the waffles. Once the waffles come out fluffy, you are ready to serve.
