Due to rising cases and hospitalizations due to COVID-19, Governor Tom Wolf has implemented a number of restrictions that including stopping all K-12 sports unite January 4th. This does not affect Garnet Valley very much as they were not allowed to play in any competition until the new year. That was announced by the Delco board of commissioners earlier in November. Once the season starts, all competitions will be against teams in the Central League. Then, the one difference from fall sports season is that the winter teams will be eligible for districts. Hopefully, this will turn out like the fall sports season and will result in the eventual result of play. Stay safe everyone!
