As fall sports begin to finish up their seasons or continue into championships, the winter sports are being brought in with chilly temperatures and new spirits. These winter sports include basketball, wrestling, indoor track, swimming/diving, and cheerleading.

Girls Basketball is coached by John Woods, Mike Krautzel, and Dan McManus. The team became District Champions last year and now they are coveting the State Championship win. Boys Basketball is coached by Mike Brown, Pat McCusker, and Joe Brangiel. The boys are excited for a new season and have been preparing with intramural games.

Moreover, wrestling is coached by Rocco Fantazzi and they are ready for a new season after a great record last year. Indoor track is coached by Terry Lillicrap and Andy Etter. Both boys and girls have been running to prepare for their weekly meet at Lehigh University.

Swimming and diving is coached by Clark Bickling and they are excited to get in the pool and fight for the Central title.

Cheerleading are still cheering at football games, but they continue into their competitive season after winning PIAA State championships last year. They are coached by Lisa Garman, Abby Lucking and Sarah Ristine.

All winter sports are excited to begin their new seasons.
