This past week, a handful of students were recognized with awards and achievement at the National History Day competition which took place at Chester County Historical Center. These student achievements are as follows:

Elizabeth Chen received 2nd place for her insightful Individual Paper for “Famines and Agricultural Advances in Europe During the Modern Period”. Elizabeth’s performance earned her a third trip to the NHD PA State Contest in May!

In addition, Andrew Nagengast, Brent Nevy, and Arya Vandayar were recognized with Honorable Mention for their Group Documentary for “Scott and Amundsen: Forward Unto Discovery”.
