The Garnet Valley Art Department wants to congratulate the following students: Hank Hayes, Camryn
Partlow, Dan Newsome, Kayleigh Saboja, Christina Douglass, Chloe
Lowery, Torie Gsell, Philip McCarthy, Kaitlyn Smith, Claire Burford,
Erin Craig and Madison King. Artwork created by each of these students has been selected for inclusion in Delaware County Community College’s Regional High School Art Exhibition! This exhibition displays the talents of high school students throughout Delaware County and is a wonderful opportunity for dedicated, skilled art students to become integrated into a diverse artist community beyond their own high school. Each year, only a selective series of works are chosen, as each school can only provide 12 pieces total.
The students selected this year to represent Garnet Valley in this prestigious exhibition have shown exceptional dedication to their art classes and have demonstrated an incredible array of abilities. There was a reception for the exhibition on January 30th from 4:00-7:00 pm in DCCC’s Art Gallery. As of now, the show will also be open from January 16 -February 22, in case you were unable to attend the reception. Please make plans to attend!
