Today while visiting the Garnet Valley High School Art Show, this beautiful, intricate piece caught my eye amongst the others. I think the artwork symbolizes the concept that money is meaningless compared to the love for others. The art skill is amazing, and I love the way it looks as if it was taken under fluorescent lighting. The more that I observed the piece, the more I began to believe it could also symbolize how people choose money over love, for it appears as if the person holding the dollar is pulling away from the hand surrounded by hearts. Overall, I love this piece, and I think the way one interprets the artwork will give him or her a better self-impression.
