Get ready for Hi-Q Season!

Hi-Q season is about to begin! The team’s first regular season meet starts at 9:15 AM on Monday, December 18th. Pending any challenges these last few weeks, the team and stage lineup is set; Andrew Li, Nate Katragadda and Lainie Beauchemin are onstage for the first half, with Sai Mamidala, Natalia Orlovsky, and Jeff Lin on second, Nate Katragadda on both halves for his third consecutive year, and Ryan Baldino, Harry Markel, and Xavier Zhang as back ups. Of the ten members, six are seniors, three are juniors, and one is a sophomore, making this the oldest and most experienced team Garnet Valley has seen in years; sophomore Harry Markel is the only non-returning member. After a hard loss at last year’s championship meet, Garnet Valley HiQ is more motivated than ever to make it all the way and relive the glory of the 2016 season, when six of the current members helped win the national crown. Ask your second period teacher to come out and support GV HiQ on December 18th to witness what we hope will be a great start to a historic season.
