If you are an extremely impatient person, the college process will be one of the most annoying things that you ever experience. Rushing to finish your essays and filling out your transcript on time for every college website is very dreadful, as you can spend multiple days on one application only to have to do another one the next week. Furthermore, after you finish working on the large pile of college forms, you still are hardly relieved at all. Waiting months and months to hear back from some of your top choices feels like years. Colleges you have never heard of or care about continue to send you letters saying you are “a top candidate and should apply as soon as possible!” This becomes very challenging and frustrating, especially because often you do not want the information from these other colleges. Decision day certainly could not come soon enough.

For the college process, patience and time management play extremely important roles, and you must utilize these factors in order to stay on top of things and not become stressed out. As long as you plan ahead on the tasks that you want to complete or accomplish each day and develop a degree of composure when it comes to working with college apps, while the college process will still have its obstacles, it will majorly be under your control and the college experience and preparation will unveil into a more positive occurrence.
