Drama Club and Gypsy Auditions

Are you a high schooler who is talented in the arts of singing, dancing and acting? Do you enjoy performing your talents in front of large groups of people? Are you looking to spend time with students of similar interests after school? If you found yourself answering yes to any or all of these questions, then drama club is perfect for you. The productions led by Mrs. Arters, and performed by the ever committed actors, are some of the best events that the school has to offer. If theater interests you at all, I would strongly encourage some sort of contribution to the play; participation in drama club includes acting, building, painting, lighting and sound, as well as makeup, costumes and so much more. It may be too late to act in Bye Bye Birdie, but Gypsy, the spring play, has yet to hold auditions. On November 7th from 4:30 to 6:30, the first audition for Gypsy will be held after school at the auditorium in Garnet Valley High School, and the callbacks are on November 8th from 2:30 to 4:00.
