A new movie premiered this September with Matt Damon starring as an astronaut left on the surface of Mars, following a storm that NASA believed killed him. Mr. Damon, starring as Mark Watney, must use the limited resources to survive and escape the planet and rejoin the people of Earth. This Dramatic Sci-fi adventure has received incredible reviews on the parts of Mr. Damon as well the supporting cast, including Jeff Daniels and Jessica Chastain. Despite being called The Martian, the movie emphasizes on the role of human diligence and energy in Matt’s desperate attempt to survive. Those who wish to see a riveting tale of life on a foreign planet should consider watching this movie; it remains in theaters until January when it comes out on DVD.
